If for some reason there is a problem with your order, we are always ready to help find a solution.

All orders are subject to a no quibble, 14 day money back guarantee.

As long as the item is SAFELY returned to us within the 14 day time period we will issue a refund.

Packaging

Prints are dispatched in heavy duty tubes which effectively protect against damage during transit.

Framed prints are heavily bubble wrapped and then sandwiched between board to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Times

Domestic - Print only orders will usually arrive in 2 - 3 days.*

Domestic - Framed orders will usually arrive in 2 - 4 days.*

International - Print only orders will arrive in 7 - 14 days* dependent on country we are sending to.

* Certain autographed prints may take longer depending on availability.

Domestic - £4.00 - Sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

International - £6.00 Sent via Royal Mail Airsure Service.

Framed Print shipping prices

Domestic - £10.00 - Sent via Private Courier.

International - N/A - Unfortunately we do not ship framed prints overseas, this includes Republic of Ireland.

Framing Options

 

All of our paintings and Limited Edition Prints are framed by our in-house framing department.

Quality: You can expect high quality materials and craftmanship as standard on all orders.

Mouldings: All of our mouldings are wooden, we do not use plastic mouldings.

Mountboard: We use acid free, conservation quality mountboard in all frames in order to protect the artwork within.

The Finish: Frames are individually hand-finished, masked, strung and wrapped to our high standards.

About Us

Conversation Pieces have over twenty eight years experience in publishing and selling fine horse racing prints and canine art.

We have exhibitions at many of the top racecourses in the UK such as Ascot, Newmarket, Cheltenham, York, Sandown Park and Newbury. We also showcase our gallery at other major events such as Crufts, Horse of the Year and Olympia International Horse Show. Henley Regatta, Burghley Horse Trials and Aachen International Equestrian Show have also benefitted from Conversation Pieces exhibitions. It is at these exhibtions where we have developed our name as a genuine leader in horse racing, equine and canine art.
